Going abroad
Four weeks in a hospital or a lab somewhere else in the world, arranged through IFMSA. You pick the country, apply through AUSSS and IFMSA-Egypt, and arrive to lodging, a meal a day and a doctor or mentor expecting you.

Pick a country and project from the IFMSA exchange portal.

Apply through AUSSS and IFMSA-Egypt with the required documents.
- ✓
Travel for a four-week (SCOPE) or four-to-eight-week (SCORE) clerkship.
- ✓
Get lodging, at least one meal a day, and a supervising doctor or mentor.
- ✓
Earn an official certificate with at least 80% attendance.

Register when the exchange exam opens, then sit it.

Interview
Attend your exchange interview.

Get your contract
Selected applicants are assigned their exchange contract.

Prepare and travel
Complete the pre-departure preparation, then travel for your clerkship.

Certificate
Finish with at least 80% attendance and receive your official certificate.
